Booking & Vehicle Availability

  • In case of an emergency, if you need a car urgently, we will try to provide an emergency vehicle (subject to availability).

Payment Terms

  • 50% payment at the time of booking.

  • 25% payment when the car reaches you.

    • 25% payment when the car drops you at your destination.

VIP Movement & Traffic Conditions

  • If VIP movement or traffic restrictions occur, you are requested to cooperate with us, and we will also cooperate with you to manage the situation smoothly.

Festival Bookings

  • During big festivals like Diwali, Holi, Pongal, etc., vehicles will be provided subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 5 hours of reporting time – 50% refund (if applicable).

  • Cancellation within 5 hours of reporting time – No refund.

  • No refund for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

  • The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural calamities, traffic, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    Any additional expenses due to such unforeseen situations will be borne by the client.

  • Guests are requested to carry valid ID proofs for verification.
    Any damage to property or vehicle caused by the client/guests will be chargeable.

  • In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) , the company reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel services.
    Appropriate refunds/credits will be processed as per vendor policies.
